2. General Refund Terms

Due to the nature of digital services, Web IT Service follows a transparent and strict refund policy:

  • No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a project or milestone is approved or delivered, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds on Prepaid Work: If the project has not yet started and the client requests a cancellation within 3 business days of payment, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be issued, after deducting administrative and consultation costs.

  • Monthly Services: For recurring services (e.g., SEO, digital marketing), you may cancel before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current month once work has started.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or project scope

  • Delays caused by client communication gaps

  • Failure to provide required inputs/content on time

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after service delivery

  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting, domain, plugins)

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact our support team at support@webitservice.com. We will investigate your concerns and do our best to resolve the issue amicably.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks.
